Steve Seichepine

Steve Seichepine is an experienced professional in materials engineering, currently serving as the Materials Engineering Manager at ILC Dover since April 2019. In this role, Steve manages the global materials engineering group and acts as a technical liaison across business units, ensuring collaboration with leadership at various sites. Steve has held several engineering and research positions, progressing from an Associate Materials Development Engineer to a Graduate Research Assistant at Moore Research Group and Foster Advanced Materials Group. Educationally, Steve has a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution, along with an Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Delaware Technical Community College.
