Amber Rogers Jones began their work experience in 2009 as a Server at Darden Restaurants. In 2013, they transitioned to become a Special Education Teacher at Warren County Public Schools. The following year, in 2014, they joined the Academy of Arts & Sciences as a Special Education Teacher and Coordinator of Services. In 2015, Amber joined iLEAD Schools as a Special Education Coordinator and later became the Director of Special Education in July 2018.
Amber Rogers Jones obtained their Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Liberty University, starting in 2014 and completing it in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary and Special Education from the same institution, starting in 2008 and finishing in 2013. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained a certification as an iLEAD California Staff Member from iLEAD Schools in November 2020.
