Mariana Vaz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they started their career as an Assistant in HR at CIEE Centro de Integração Empresa Escola. Mariana then worked as a Graphic Designer at Gráfica ExpanSSiva from August 2015 to July 2016. In 2016, they worked simultaneously as an Administrative Assistant at Escola de Fotografia Artística - EFA and as a Graphic Designer and Photographer at Emme Designer. At EFA, they handled marketing, HR, and finance tasks, while at Emme Designer they specialized in logo design, graphic design, image editing, and photography. From December 2017 to December 2019, they worked as an Instructional Designer in Corporate Education at Grupo Dimed, where they created interactive online courses using Adobe tools. In 2019, they became a UX Analyst at Share Eat until June 2020, and then transitioned to the role of UX Analyst at Wine Locals from June 2020 to February 2022. Mariana Vaz completed their education at several institutions. From 2018 to 2020, they attended UniRitter and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in UX user experience design. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, Mariana studied at Universidade La Salle, where they earned a Tecnologo em Recursos Humanos degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Additionally, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Escola Técnica Irmão Pedro and completed a Técnico em Publicidade degree in Publicidade. Mariana also holds certifications in Psicologia Cognitiva aplicada a UX, UX Research: Um Guia Prático de Trabalho, and Gamificação: Teoria e Aplicações Práticas, which they obtained from Udemy in different years.
