Ricardo Arias has a wealth of experience in IT and infrastructure management. Ricardo began their career in 1989 at Glaxo Smithkline S.A., where they served as the Infrastructure Manager for Latin America until 2005. Ricardo then moved to GlaxoSmithKline, taking on the role of IT Infrastructure Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they joined ILG Logistics S.A. as the CIO and Director of IT. Ricardo'sroles at ILG Logistics are ongoing.
Ricardo Arias completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Administration and Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance from the same institution in 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Gestión de proyectos con Microsoft 365" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
