Luca Cinquetti

Luca Cinquetti is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as People and Culture Director at iliad since May 2018, Luca also holds positions as Human Resources and Facility Director and Head of Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager for both Books and Magazines at Mondadori Group, Plants HR Manager at Unichips Spa, and HR Business Partner at Vodafone IT, where responsibilities included consumer sales, distribution, and customer care. Luca began the career as HR Development Specialist at Visiant. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in HR from Business School Sole 24 Ore and another Master's degree in Human Resources from Vodafone, complemented by a degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
