Sridhar Mahadevan co-founded iLink Digital in September 2000, where Sridhar has served as President and Board Member while also holding positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Managing Director. Throughout their tenure at iLink, Sridhar has been pivotal in establishing operational and technological direction, leading the growth of offshore capabilities, and achieving process excellence with ISO and CMMi certifications. Prior to iLink, Sridhar worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Architect/Project Manager, AccuMed as a Technical Architect, Aditi Technologies in product development, Siemens as a Senior Developer, and CSIR-CEERI as a Member of Technical Staff. Sridhar holds a BE in Electrical and Electronics and an MS in Physics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
