Kelly Mon has extensive experience in the healthcare research field, currently serving as a Research Nursing Project Manager at Illingworth Research Group since March 2021, following a role as Research Nursing Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes various positions at Randox Clinical Laboratory Services from November 2016 to March 2021, where Kelly progressed from Biomedical Scientist to Deputy Coordinator Manager. Initial training was completed as a Biomedical Scientist trainee at Northern Health and Social Care Trust from September 2013 to August 2014.
