Christa Ojeda

Christa Ojeda, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and VP for Business & Finance at the Illinois College of Optometry, a position held since October 2019, where responsibilities include long-range financial planning and overseeing operational units. Prior to this role, Christa was the CFO for the Academy of General Dentistry, managing all finance-related objectives and serving as a liaison for multiple committees. Christa's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Consulting at Vanderloo Financial Services, CFO at the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana, and various positions during 13 years at RSM McGladrey, including Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Additional interim CFO roles were held at the Safer Foundation and Bethel New Life. Christa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University and is a certified CPA since 1995.
