Rebecca Zoltoski is an Associate Professor of Biology at the Illinois College of Optometry since 1997, where responsibilities include teaching Biochemistry, Neuroanatomy Lab, and Evidence Based Healthcare, as well as coordinating Independent Study and conducting lens research. Prior to this role, Zoltoski served as an Assistant Professor with similar responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a position as a Post-doctoral fellow at Brock University from 1994 to 1997, focusing on sleep research and teaching Neuropsychology courses, and another Post-doctoral Fellow role at the University of California from 1989 to 1993. Zoltoski holds a BA in Biochemistry from Wake Forest University, earned between 1985 and 1989, and attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1981 to 1985.
