- A minimum purchase age of 21
- Strict Testing, Packaging & Labeling Standards
- Prohibitions of look-alikes that resemble Popular Candy & Snack Products so products do not appeal to Children
- A Permitted Licensing Scheme (as long as you are willing to follow the rules, you can play)
