Andrew Field has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assembly Page in the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2004. Andrew then transitioned to District Representative for Congressman Mark Kirk in 2007, eventually becoming the Director of Constituent Services for Senator Mark Kirk in 2010. Since 2016, Andrew has held the role of Deputy Director of Marketing & Communications at the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
Andrew Field obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007. Andrew furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019.
