Christen Cotter

Christen Cotter has a diverse professional background, with extensive experience in leadership roles at Illumina. With a strong focus on R&D strategy, program management, acquisition integration, and business transformation initiatives, Cotter has successfully led complex projects and initiatives. Prior to Illumina, Cotter worked as a Systems Engineer at Raytheon and interned at the European Parliament. Currently pursuing an MBA at Isenberg School of Management, Cotter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Stonehill College.
