Elva Huang, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Director, HR Business Partner & HR Site Lead at Illumina, a position held since July 2021, where Elva transitioned from Associate Director. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner at Rakuten Americas and Director of Human Resources at vArmour and Bolt Threads, among others. Elva's extensive background in HR encompasses employee life cycle management, conflict resolution, policy development, and performance management. Elva holds a BA in Communication & Political Science from UC San Diego and furthered education through the University of California, Berkeley - Extension Program from 2012 to 2015.
