Olga Gelman

Olga Gelman is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics solutions. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Analytics at Illumina since August 2016, Olga leads initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Olga worked as a Senior Reporting and Decision Data Analyst at Milliman Care Guidelines within the Hearst Health Network, where analytics solutions were designed to provide actionable insights for product and account managers. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Data Analyst and IT Liaison at the University of California, San Diego, focusing on optimizing marketing strategies through alumni data analysis. Olga holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
