Traci Pawlowski

Traci Pawlowski is an experienced leader in clinical solutions and product development, currently serving as Head Clinical Solutions at Illumina since January 2017. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Development in Oncology and Senior Director of Assay Operations at Hologic, Inc., where Traci managed research and development initiatives and operational excellence. Traci has a strong background in clinical laboratory management with significant achievements at Epic Sciences, including the successful validation of CLIA tests and growth of laboratory operations. Additional experience includes directing molecular operations at Clarient, overseeing molecular development at Caris Life Sciences, and conducting research on autism biomarkers at TGen. Traci holds a PhD in Genetics from Clemson University and a BA in Biology and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
