In 2018, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Nyp Healthcare Consulting, and before that, they were the Regional Chief Executive Officer at Prime Healthcare - Kansas City for six years. Randy also served as the Executive VP - COO at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System for six years, and as the President and CEO at Via Christ Regional Medical Center for seven years.
