Haviland Dominguez

Haviland Dominguez has extensive experience in child and family services, primarily with Illumination Foundation since January 2018, where roles have included Children & Families Case Manager, Children & Families Programs Navigator, Emergency Family Shelter Aide, and Children's Resource Center Aide. Key contributions include developing innovative educational programs and managing emergency shelter initiatives for families experiencing homelessness. Prior experience includes serving as a Youth Development Leader at the Orange County Department of Education, working with elementary schools to improve school climate through Restorative Practices, and as a Literacy Program Facilitator and Summer Elementary Program Facilitator at Girls Inc. of Orange County.
