Anthony Cabassa

Anthony Cabassa is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Illuminations, Inc. since February 2020, after holding positions as Operations Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor at Long & Foster Companies from December 2018 to January 2020 and serving in the U.S. Army from July 2008 to December 2017. In the Army, Anthony excelled as a Recruiter and Military Police Investigator, graduating in the top 10% of both the Advanced Leader’s Course and the Military Police Investigations Course. As a Team Leader and Military Police Officer, Anthony demonstrated leadership by guiding a team of Soldiers in Afghanistan, focusing on their coaching, counseling, and overall well-being under challenging circumstances.
