Marni Kaiser

Marni Kaiser has extensive experience in account management and customer service within the lighting industry. Currently serving as Account Management-Projects at Illuminations, Inc. since September 2023, Marni previously held the position of Customer Service Manager, Quotations & Inside Sales at ILA Lighting & Controls from April 2012 to September 2023. In this role, Marni was responsible for project pricing, providing quick quotes, and overseeing the customer service department to drive profitable sales growth. Earlier career experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at Leucos USA Lighting from July 1996 to April 2012. Marni holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from DeVry Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Middlesex College.
