Sonja Twedt

Sonja Twedt, MEd, is a K-12 Mathematics Specialist at the Mathematics Institute of Wisconsin since April 2023, and serves as a 6-12 Special Projects Course Assistant and Illustrative Mathematics Certified Facilitator at Illustrative Mathematics since May 2022. Previously, Sonja was a STEM Instructional Coach for The School District of Beloit from August 2022 to September 2023, and worked as an Educational Consultant at the Math Institute of Wisconsin from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Math Instructional Coach/Specialist for the School District of Fort Atkinson, WI, from September 2014 to August 2022. Sonja holds a Certification in Instructional Coaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Education in Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
