Rick Guill

Rick Guill is an experienced operations executive with a proven track record in multiple industries including marine, motorsports, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the VP of Operations and Customer Experience at Ilmor Engineering, Inc., Rick participates on the Executive Board of Directors, overseeing operational responsibilities across various divisions while driving operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior to this role, Rick held significant positions at Allura Fiber Cement Products, where promotions were earned due to exemplary performance in increasing EBITDA and production throughput. Additional experience includes leading operations at Burkert Fluid Control Systems and CELGARD, and contributing to capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives while managing diverse teams. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
