Esther Marín is a Customer Experience/UX/Service Design Specialist at ILUNION since June 2022, focusing on developing strategies to enhance customer relationships and implement continuous improvement through various research techniques. Esther also serves as a Lecturer and Director of Final Master's Projects in Human Centered Design at UNIR, alongside managing CX, UX, and Service Design projects as a Project Manager at Elitea. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Sage, Head of Treasury at Huarbec Servicios, and various positions in customer service and financial analysis. Esther holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications in UX research, digital marketing, and consumer behavior, with ongoing doctoral studies in Consumer Behavior at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
