Pilar Soret Lafraya has extensive experience in accessibility and commercial development, currently serving as Directora Comercial in various roles at ILUNION, including ILUNION Accesibilidad and ILUNION Salud, since October 2007. Prior to this, Pilar held the position of Directora Técnica at PREDIF from 2003 to 2007. Education includes a Professional Certification in Customer Experience from Escuela de Organización Industrial, a DEA in Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and studies at IAMM CIHEAM Montpellier, IAMZ (CIHEAM) in Zaragoza, and Universidad de Salamanca.
