Claire Carr is currently serving as the Managing Director - Head of Human Resources at iM Global Partner, a global asset management network. Prior to this, they founded and directed their own HR Consultancy called The People and Project Consultancy, where they provided HR support and consulting services to various businesses across different sectors. Before that, they worked at HSBC as an HR Project Manager, Change & Communications Manager, and HR Specialist, driving the delivery of global projects and implementing HR strategies. Claire also held a position at Capita Advisory Services as a Principal Consultant for People & OD, leading HR-related projects for private and public sector clients. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mars Confectionery as an HR Manager and Commercial Training Scheme Manager, as well as at Keane as an HR Officer.
Claire Carr attended Aston University from 1993 to 1997, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies. Prior to that, they attended King Henry VIII in Coventry from 1986 to 1993, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
