Kiko Vallarta, CFA has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Financial Designs, Ltd in 2008. They then joined the company as an Associate in 2009 and worked there until 2011.
In 2012, Vallarta joined Litman Gregory as a Research Associate and later took on roles as a Research Analyst and Senior Research Analyst. They stayed with the company until 2021.
Currently, Vallarta is employed at iM Global Partner, where they initially held the position of VP - Portfolio Management from October 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Vallarta serves as the SVP - Portfolio Management, Co-Head Equity Strategies at iM Global Partner.
Kiko Vallarta, CFA holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis & Investment Management from Saint Mary's College of California (2012-2013). Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance (Minor: Political Science) at San Diego State University (2006-2010). In 2009-2010, Kiko also participated in the Oxford Study Abroad Program at the University of Oxford. Additionally, they received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
