Currently serving as Head of Sales & Marketing at Imperium3 New York Inc. in Endicott, New York, USA ( dba iM3NY) he has been instrumental in leading a successful sales team, crafting strategic plans, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Previously, Pankaj held leadership roles in India, including Whole Time Director and Head of Sales & Marketing at TJ Green Energy R&D Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded market expansion. As Founder & Director of Bhagat Forex Services Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations for over a decade. His career began with a long tenure as a Business Manager at Dimple Travels, where he honed his expertise in client relations and organizational skills.
