Natasha Romulus

Natasha Romulus is a seasoned professional in total rewards and benefits management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at ImageFIRST since March 2025, Natasha previously held the position of Vice President of Benefits and Team Member Relations at Penn National Gaming from July 2019 to March 2025. Prior to that, Natasha was Vice President at Aon Hewitt, focusing on health and benefits strategic planning and project management from September 2014 to July 2019. Natasha's career began as Director of Total Rewards at Saint-Gobain, leading compensation and benefits initiatives for a global manufacturer. Additional experience includes roles as Client Manager at CoreSource and Benefits Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rosemont College.
