Ewald Damen possesses extensive experience in the design industry, currently serving as Creative Director and Managing Partner at Virgile + Partners since January 2014, while also holding the position of Design Director/Creative Lead for Retail & Leisure at Imagination since January 2012. Ewald Damen has been an Associate Director at Virgile and Stone since September 2008, and previously worked as a Senior Designer at Johnson Naylor from June 2004 to September 2008. Earlier roles include a position as a Designer at Merkx + Girod from March 2000 to June 2004. Ewald Damen holds a Master’s degree in Retail Communication Design from Willem de Kooning and Piet Zwart Institute (1999-2003), a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from the Academy of Fine Arts Maastricht (1995-1999), and a Diploma in Building Engineering from Technical College Heerlen (1990-1995).
