Elizabeth Puma

Elizabeth Puma is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in customer success and curriculum consulting. Currently serving as a National Curriculum Consultant and Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning, Elizabeth manages 135 accounts within the NYC Department of Education, collaborates with Sales Representatives to achieve significant territory expansion, and leads professional development sessions for educators. Previously, Elizabeth held various roles at LightSail Education, including Lead Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included delivering professional development, advising district leaders, and managing numerous accounts. Elizabeth also has a solid foundation in classroom instruction as a 4th and 5th-grade teacher and as Vermont State Regional Director for the Vermont Council on Reading. With a Master's degree in Education with a Literacy Concentration and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, Elizabeth combines educational expertise with a passion for enhancing literacy and student engagement.
