Nicholas Infante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicholas began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2009 as a Brand Central Lead, where they maintained company and store standards in the Electronics and Large Home Appliances departments. Nicholas then joined Gordmans in 2010 as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring associates were well-trained. In 2012, Nicholas joined Bates Carey Nicolaides LLP as an Appellate Team, Hiring Committee Assistant, and Law Librarian, where they drafted and edited appellate motions and handled court filings.
In 2014, they moved to Smokeball - Legal Software, starting as a Client Success Specialist and progressing to roles like Client Success Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and eventually becoming the Director of Customer Success. Nicholas was responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing customer relationships.
Since 2019, Nicholas has been with iManage. Nicholas initially served as a Senior Cloud Services Manager, overseeing cloud onboarding. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Program Manager, and as of December 2021, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Success Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing customer success operations and programs, focusing on customer satisfaction and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Nicholas Infante completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology at Rockford University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2022, Nicholas received the "Inclusive Mindset" certification from LinkedIn. Nicholas also completed the "Women Transforming Tech: Breaking Bias" certification in May 2022. Prior to these certifications, in December 2020, they obtained the "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander" certification, also from LinkedIn.
