Shan Lee has extensive work experience in the technology industry. SHAN is currently working at iManage as a Technical Project Manager since April 2022. Prior to this, Shan worked at Enablon for almost nine years, where they held various roles. From November 2019 to April 2022, they were a Technical Lead and Technical Project Manager, responsible for team leadership, management of professional service consultants, and resource management. From April 2017 to November 2019, Shan served as a Senior Software Service Analyst, responsible for solution setup, customization, and support. SHAN also held roles as a Software Services Analyst and Software Support Analyst at Enablon. Before Enablon, Shan worked as a Senior CIM Engineer at Chunghwa Picture Tubes, LTD., where they developed and maintained systems for factory daily use. SHAN also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Chung Yuan Christian University and as a Software Intern at UBIC, LTD.
Shan Lee completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Information Management from Chung Yuan Christian University, which took place from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, they attended DePaul University, specifically the English Language Academy, though no degree was specified. Additionally, Shan Lee obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
