Tayyibe Göktas has extensive work experience in the field of audit and financial services. Tayyibe began their career in 2004 at Ernst & Young, where they served as an Audit Senior, responsible for planning and executing financial audits for various clients, primarily in the financial services and retail sectors. In 2010, Tayyibe joined Rabobank as an Internal Auditor, focusing on operational audits and internal controls. Tayyibe then moved on to IMC - financial markets in 2010, where they held multiple roles, including Global Internal Auditor, Operational Audit Manager, and ultimately Chief Audit Executive. In these positions, Tayyibe was responsible for leading and developing the Global Internal Audit team, conducting audits, ensuring the highest ethical and professional standards, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Tayyibe Göktas studied at the Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Bedrijfseconomie (Business Administration). Following that, they pursued a Postdoctoraal Accountancy program at the University of Amsterdam from 2004 to 2010.
