Jess Birtcher, CPA, CIA, CISA, currently serves as Regional Finance Manager at IMDEX from April 2025 to the present. Previously, Jess held the position of Global Corporate Controller at ATL Technology, overseeing financial operations in a private equity-backed medical device company from December 2023 to March 2025. Additional experience includes roles as Corporate Controller at Argonaut Gold Inc., Group CFO at Granite Construction, and Acting CFO at Jervois Mining Ltd. From July 2013 to March 2020, Jess was VP of Internal Audit at Coeur Mining, Inc., and VP Corporate Controller, responsible for audit strategies and reporting. Prior experience includes Finance Director at Rio Tinto Inc. and VP Finance and Senior Financial Officer at Safeco, alongside a decade at Ernst & Young as Senior Manager. Jess holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
