Annelien Buedts has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Team Leader Talent Acquisition at imec since September 2015, following a role as Talent Acquisition Specialist. At imec, a leader in R&D and innovation within nanoelectronics and digital technologies, Annelien contributes to recruiting top talent in a dynamic environment. Previously, Annelien completed a Talent Acquisition internship at Mondelēz International, focusing on the recruitment and management of international interns across Belgium and the Netherlands. Annelien holds a Master's Degree in Work and Organization Psychology from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, also from KU Leuven, in addition to studies at Stockholm University and a high school diploma in Latin-Modern Languages from Heilig Hart Instituut Heverlee.
