Lisbeth Decneut has extensive work experience, primarily at imec, where they held multiple roles over the years. From 2017 until the present, they have served as EVP People & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety, where they played a crucial role in driving corporate support mechanisms, digital transformation, and organization development. Prior to this, from 2007 to 2016, they worked as the Human Resources Director at imec. Additionally, Lisbeth has experience as a professor at EHSAL Management School from 2010 to 2014 and as a Human Resources Manager at imec from 2002 to 2006. Lisbeth also served as a Recruitment Manager at imec from 1997 to 2001 and as a Researcher at KU Leuven from 1995 to 1997.
Lisbeth Decneut completed their Master's Degree in Psychology from KU Leuven from 1989 to 1994. In 2009, they attended Hult Ashridge to complete an Executive Leadership Program. In 2012, they furthered their education by attending Vlerick Business School for an Executive Development Program. In 2023, Lisbeth Decneut attended Vlerick Business School to "Take the lead in sustainability management".
