Patrick Wong is an accomplished R&D leader with over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as R&D Team Leader at imec since December 2008, Patrick Wong has led teams focused on lithography process development, focus and overlay metrology, and scanner control capabilities for advanced nodes. Prior to imec, Patrick Wong was a Senior Design Engineer at ASML, where responsibilities included process development and selecting materials for scanner qualification. Earlier experience includes application engineering at ARCH Chemicals. Patrick Wong holds a Master of Science in Physics from Ghent University and a VSO in sciences from Lyceum Antwerpen.
