Rajdeep Gautam currently serves as a Business Development Manager at imec since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rajdeep held the position of Principal Device Engineer at Ferroelectric Memory Company from August 2021 to April 2024 and was a Staff Engineer at Western Digital from October 2016 to June 2021, focusing on data storage NAND flash technology development. Rajdeep's experience includes a role as a Senior Device Engineer at SanDisk®, where responsibilities involved device engineering for 3D silicon technology, and consulting for Mercedes-Benz Japan, Co., Ltd. Rajdeep completed a Doctorate at Yokohama National University, concentrating on lower power cost-efficient silicon photonic devices. Early career roles include serving as a Researcher at The University of Tokyo and Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics, specializing in digital design and automation.
