Josep Sirera is a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in workplace psychological risk assessment and intervention. Currently, Josep works at Radiotelevisión Española, focusing on the study and analysis of potential workplace harassment situations, and holds multiple roles, including co-founder of EmprendorIA and positions with MAS Prevención and Prevenpyme specializing in workplace harassment investigations. Additionally, Josep serves as a mediator for conflicts related to harassment at Ajuntament Vila Joiosa and Benissa Impuls, and is an associate professor at Universitat de València.
