Maisha C. Leek

Maisha C. Leek currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at iMentor, beginning in December 2023. With extensive experience in consulting and advising, Maisha has held advisory roles at The Big Favorite and CreateSafe since 2019, and has worked as Managing Director at Forum Ventures until February 2024. Maisha is the founder of a consulting practice that provides strategic support and network expansion for emerging companies. Previous positions include Partner roles at Human Ventures and A—B, where support was given to founders from underrepresented backgrounds. Maisha's earlier experience encompasses serving as Chief of Staff at Translation LLC and advising for LOOMIA, alongside an academic background that includes an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Trinity College.
