Michelle Diaz is currently the Chief Talent & Equity Officer at iMentor, since March 2022, overseeing various programs and initiatives. With a background in engineering and project management at Verizon, Michelle has also held leadership roles in schools such as Great Oaks Charter School Newark and The Chad School Foundation. Michelle has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in MIS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
