Thomas Lecras has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee administration, and training. Thomas has held various roles in different companies over the years. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a HR Development Officer at SAGEMCOM, where they were responsible for training needs assessment, session development, and budget tracking. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Training Engineering Officer at Grand Port Maritime du Havre. Thomas then took a Working Holiday Visa to New Zealand before joining LG Electronics in 2015 as a HR Officer, where they handled various administrative tasks and maintained the HR database. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a HR Business Partner at VINCI Construction, where they managed recruitment, temporary staffing, and employee mobility. Currently, they are the Corporate HR Director at Imerys, overseeing human resources operations at the corporate level.
Thomas Lecras obtained a DUT in Business Management and Administration with a focus on Human Resources from IUT le Havre in 2009. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from SUP des RH, which they completed in 2010. Continuing their education, Thomas earned a Master's degree in Responsible Management of Human Resources from SUP des RH in 2013.
