The Association aims to promote scientific research in the fields of law, political science and international relations; it promotes training and professional orientation and/or post-graduate specialisation through research, study, debate, editorial initiatives, planning, technical assistance and consultancy, international cooperation; it promotes and carries out research and studies in the cultural, legal, administrative and historical fields, with particular reference to Sicily in the European context and in the Mediterranean area.
