Susan Rochester is a seasoned Senior Consultant and Coach at Aster HR and Co-Host of the Work Wonders Podcast, while also serving as a Non-Executive Director at NADO Disability Services. With extensive experience as an Accredited Specialist Consultant and Coach at Harrison Assessments International since 2008, Susan has applied the tool in diverse settings, enhancing individual and team development. As a 360 Degree Feedback Success Partner with Spidergap, project management expertise includes planning and executing feedback initiatives across various organizations. Additional roles include consultancy at The H Factor, facilitating for the Penrith Chamber, and strategic leadership at Balance at Work, co-founding the organization with a focus on integrating work as a meaningful life component. Furthermore, Susan held the position of Manager of People and Culture at Connect Child & Family Services and contributed to the Faculty of Business Course Advisory Board at Charles Sturt University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of New England.
