Irfan is the Information Management Officer supporting WHO in Afghanistan.
He has almost 20 years of experience in humanitarian settings, mostly with UN Agencies (UNICEF, WFO, UNHCR among others) in more than 20 countries all over the world, including four main emergencies (Afghanistan cold war, Pakistan earthquake, Syria Conflict, and South Sudan conflict).
Irfan holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Math’s/Economics, from the Punjab University and a Master's degree in computer science, NIIT, Islamabad.
