Rashmi Nagendra

Rashmi Nagendra is an experienced Implementation Programme Manager for EMEA at Immedis, a UKG Company, since April 2021, following a tenure at Grant Thornton Ireland where roles included Senior Consultant and various positions focused on digital transformation from November 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, Rashmi worked as a Research Consultant at Grant Thornton Ireland, and at Tata Consultancy Services, served as a Change and Problem Manager, recognized for excellence in performance. Additional experience includes working as an Incident Manager at IBM, contributing to incident management and automation projects, and an Internal Sales Executive at Channel Mentor IT Solutions pvt Ltd, focusing on client engagement and social marketing. Rashmi holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from BNM Institute Of Technology.
