Alexa Ellis is a seasoned professional in client success management with extensive experience across various companies and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager - Enterprise at Immersive Labs since November 2023, Alexa previously held similar roles at Synack, Inc., where management of the client lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients was a key responsibility. Prior to this, Alexa contributed to the development and implementation of the Client Success Management team at Kyriba as a Senior Security Program Manager. Experience also includes establishing the first Customer Success Program at RSA and positions in account management and sales at Brightcove and RSA. Early career roles involved public relations internships at UNHCR and Condé Nast, complemented by a B.A. in Communication and Political Science from The George Washington University.
