Nicole L. Bogrand is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood and community programs. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for Preschool Programs and Program Supervisor for Healthy Families at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization since January 2021, Nicole has previously held key positions such as Assistant Director and Age Group Coordinator at the U.S. House of Representatives Child Care Center. Since its founding, IRCO has served more than 55,000 people through provision of programs and services that meet needs related to training and employment, health and aging, English language learning, naturalization and adjustment, community development, early childhood, parenting and youth development, education and interpretation and translation.
