Tammy Stotik has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Director of HR at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) starting in 2023. Tammy previously held the role of Human Resources Director at the same organization in 2023.
Prior to IRCO, Stotik served as the Director of Human Resources at Oregon Episcopal School from April 2014 to December 2022. In this role, they led the HR function for a PK/12 day/boarding independent school, focusing on building sustainable systems supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Tammy transformed HR into a strategic business partner, bringing people and culture expertise to the leadership table.
Before joining Oregon Episcopal School, Stotik was the Director of Administration at the French American International School from August 2004 to April 2014.
Tammy Stotik obtained their MBA in Human Resources and Strategic Management from Willamette University in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Foreign Language and Literature, specifically focusing on French, at Portland State University in 1996. Tammy also studied Art History and French Language at Portland Community College, although the specific dates and whether they obtained a degree are unknown.

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is a non-profit organization established in 1974 to serve immigrants and refugees in Portland, Oregon. Since its founding, IRCO has served more than 55,000 people through provision of programs and services that meet needs related to training and employment, health and aging, English language learning, naturalization and adjustment, community development, early childhood, parenting and youth development, education and interpretation and translation.
