Immigrant Justice Corps
Gaby Cruz is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an IJC Fellow at the Tulane Law School Immigrant Rights Clinic since September 2021. Previous roles include Law Clerk at Miguel A. Elias, APLC, and Student Attorney at the Tulane Law Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, both during the 2020-2021 academic year. Gaby also contributed as a Research Assistant at Tulane University Law School, a Summer Associate Law Clerk at Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli and Pratt P.A., and completed judicial internships at the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida under Judges Richard Hersch and Antonio Arzola. Early legal experience includes positions as a Paralegal at Zamora, Hillman and Villavicencio and a Law Clerk at Ibáñez Parkman. Gaby holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Miami.
