Efi Perez

Efi Perez currently serves as the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and HR Operations at Immunai since September 2023. Previously, Efi held the position of Director, Global Compensation & Benefits and HRIS at Allot from July 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing global strategic compensation and benefits plans, equity design, and the annual compensation cycle. Prior experience includes roles at Philips as a Senior Manager for Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HRIS, and at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in Total Rewards. Efi also worked at Samsung Electronics as a Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, focusing on redefining compensation models and implementing HR systems. Earlier career experiences include positions at Harel Insurance as an HR Information and Payroll Analyst, ESOP - EXCELLENCE as an Economist, and serving as a Logistics Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Efi holds an MBA in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Bar-Ilan University.
